Your season, exactly as it is, with one less thing on your list.
The kids can wiggle. The dinosaur watch can be worn. This age and stage are worth remembering. I'll walk you through what to wear, where to go, and what to expect, so you can just show up and enjoy your people.

Not a flawless gallery. A real one. Ten years from now, you’ll have the mismatched socks, the missing tooth, and your kids exactly as they were at this age. Proof that you were here for it.
You manage everyone else all day. During your session, you don’t have to. I’ll tell you where to stand and what to do with your hands, so you can just be with your people.
You’ve been carrying “we still need family photos” around for a while now. Book one session and set it down. I’ll handle the details, so there’s nothing left to figure out.
I’ll be honest. I had no idea how to help kids feel comfortable in front of a camera until I had two of my own.
Then I watched how they actually behave, and my favorite photos stopped being the posed ones. They were the in-between moments, when nobody’s looking at the camera and real life is just happening.
I’m Alayna, a wife and mom of two little ones just north of Nashville, and I take my coffee hot even in July because it’ll be cold by the time I get back to it anyway.
Years of teaching productivity systems taught me to take the guesswork out, so while I’m scouting the spot and checking the light and sending your guide and answering your outfit questions and keeping one eye on the toddler headed for the creek, you can just show up and enjoy your people.
Is this the season you’ve been meaning to remember? Reach out, and let’s get your session planned.

Your Experience Guide arrives with outfit help and what to expect, so there’s nothing to figure out.
I’ll guide you through it. You just enjoy your people.
Your photos arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, ready to download and share.
Here’s the simple version:
If your kids need time to warm up, or your family is happiest at home, the Family Lifestyle Session gives you up to an hour with no rushing.
If you’re marking one moment, like a birthday or Grandma’s visit, or your little one is done after about twenty minutes, the Celebrate the Moments Session is a better fit.
If you just want a quick, current photo with almost nothing to plan, a Seasonal Mini Session is the easiest yes.
Still not sure? Reach out and tell me about your people, and we’ll figure it out together.
Which session is right for us?
Coordinate, don’t match. A little variety in color and texture makes a photo feel alive, and lighter colors tend to feel lighter in the images. And if one of the kids insists on the dinosaur shorts, let them. Ten years from now, that’s the detail you’ll love most. If picking outfits stresses you out, that’s exactly what your Experience Guide is for, plus a little personal help from me.
What should we wear?
For Family Lifestyle and Celebrate the Moments sessions, yes. Your backyard, or a place that means something to your family. Some locations may have an added fee, so just tell me where you’re thinking.
Mini sessions happen at a seasonal spot I choose and set up.
Can we choose where we take photos?
Sooner is better, especially if there’s a season or milestone you don’t want to miss. Most of my families book 1 to 3 months ahead.
If a date is already on your mind, that’s usually a sign not to wait.
How far in advance should I book?
Weather happens. I keep an eye on the forecast in the days leading up to your session, and if it looks rough, we’ll pick a backup day together.
One less thing for you to worry about.
What if the weather is bad on the day of our session?
Furry family members are welcome wherever the location allows. Just tell me who’s coming when you book, and I’ll let you know if there’s anything to plan around. At most locations where pets are allowed, pets must stay on a leash and be cleaned up after.
Can we bring our dog?
Honestly? Most kids don’t show up smiling on command, and that’s completely normal.
I start slow, follow your child’s lead, and build in time to pause or reset when we need it. Wiggles, meltdowns, and a sudden love of the dirt are all welcome.
We’re not after a perfect smile. We’re after your real connection.
What if my child doesn’t cooperate?
